The house is located on a 500m2 plot closed with an exterior wall and vehicle access. It has a large, completely enclosed private garden for the little ones to eat outdoors or play in a completely safe way. The house is located on the upper floor of the house. There is a small terrace on the ground floor, ideal for having breakfast or sitting in the shade on sunny days. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and private bathroom; and the others with 2 single beds each. Up to 6 people can be accommodated. There is another bathroom in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator and coffee maker. The living room has two sofas and television. There is a laundry area with a washing machine.
