The apartment is located in a modern building, daily maintained and super quiet with a shared outdoor pool and a private terrace overlooking the gardens. It is located very close to all the important points such as beaches, mountains, restaurants, all kinds of supermarkets, bars, markets, golf courses, tennis, soccer and many more! It is equipped with high quality products for maximum comfort and with all the necessary utensils. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and very spacious closets and another with 2 single beds and also with a large closet, in the corridor that leads to all the rooms there is a large closet as well, a modern bathroom with a bath, a very well lit room, a kitchen equipped with everything you need and a garden with a very spacious terrace It is a perfect place for any time of the year.
The Albir without any doubt is the most comfortable area of ​​all the Marina Baja, offering in the same place many attractions, rest areas, views, best restaurants and without any doubt a superior level of culture to that of the nearby towns becoming in a very comfortable and quiet space.
