Property information

I am a beautiful manor house, built in 1899, with a long history. I have been the home of neighbours and also, within my walls, I have sheltered several families of the Sanlúcar bourgeoisie who have embellished me over the centuries and turned me into a sample of the best traditional architecture of our city. In recent years, I have been restored, respecting my unique elements and taking care of all the details, so that you, my guests, can enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of each and every corner of this innovative project, where tradition, modernity, comfort and convenience coexist in harmony. An experience for the senses. In my Andalusian patio, the nerve centre of the house, you can enjoy the unique light of our land all day long. Its calm and quietness are combined with the plants and flowers that beautify it. And the water, essential in our courtyards with wells, cisterns and fountains, refreshes the sunsets, making this corner of Sanlúcar unique. In the spring of 2023 I have put on my white dress, I have "emperifollao" and I am shining, with a very modern look. I will be delighted to receive you, because I love having people at home.

Neighbourhood information

The city at the mouth of the Guadalquivir River has many secrets. It is a place full of life and we are sure you will not be disappointed. You can do everything: go out for a drink, sunbathe, shop, eat, make friends. You can walk in the footsteps of history visiting historical places like the Ducal Palace of Medina Sidonia, Palace of Orleans, Castle of Santiago. Convents and churches flood the city: the convent of the Discalced Carmelites, the church of Nuestra Señora de la O, the church of Santo Domingo. The food market is a real marvel and the upper quarter is full of popular taverns and wine cellars. As well as many terraces where you can order a caña or a glass of manzanilla with some tapas, especially the Plaza del Cabildo and surroundings. We invite you to stroll around Sanlúcar learning about its history and relaxing with its wonderful sunsets, in Bajo de Guía, on the banks of the Guadalquivir river.
