Property information

Nice and cozy townhouse for 4 people. With nice swimming pool and communal garden area. The house is distributed on two floors, the first floor has a spacious living-dining room with direct access to a semi-covered terrace with awning and mosquito net and direct access to the pool, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor, there is a double bedroom with terrace and views of the Segaria mountain and the other bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. Parking for one car at the entrance of the urbanization. The house is fully equipped, with air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living/dining room and in one of the bedrooms, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, two types of coffee machines: Nespresso and with filter, kettle, toaster, Spanish TV and TV-SAT (German), internet wifi, terrace furniture, electric radiator in the dining room, etc. ....

Neighbourhood information

Calm situation in a residential area at only 1.500 metres from the sandy beach. The village centre of Els Poblets is at only 700 metres and offers all convenience goods as well as diverse restaurants and bars and also a chemist's. The city of Denia can be reached by car or bus within 10-15 minutes (9'5 km). Denia and its environments provide a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated halfway between Valencia and Alicante, both airports are at about 1 hour 10 minutes driving by car. Within 20 minutes to max. 1 hour you can reach several other lovely places on the coast, i.e. Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, an Alicante in the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia in the north. Also a trip to the back country is worth to do, you will see lots of orange groves, almond trees and quaint villages between green hills and mountains. There are 2 renowned golf courses at only 10 km from the villa: La Sella and Oliva Nova Golf. For long term stays (28 days or more) there are special prices, therefore additional charges may apply, such as Wifi, water, gas and electricity according to consumption.
