Almerimar Pearl is a second story 3 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished apartment, just meters from the marina dock, Mediterranean Sea and beach with a short drive to the Sierra Nevada mountains visible from the balcony. A world class golf course with it's own hotel is within easy walking distance. Hundreds of water craft dock at the marina while the village has no high rise buildings (height limited to five stories), a 5 km long promenade and an abundance of restaurants. I keep the property well maintained and introduce modern appliances often. The history of the latest improvements are: - Dec 2024, new flooring throughout, new fridge/freezer, new convection oven, new electric built in fireplace, 2 new A/C in the main area and master bedroom, new RGBW lights in various places for enhanced atmosphere, - Mar 2024, reupholstered seating in high quality vinyl, new washer/dryer and new 3D wall decorations, new coffee machine, - Nov 2023 new triple glazed windows and doors throughout the apartment, - Jan 2023 both bathrooms renovated with new Grohe showers and taps and SS shower screens.
Electronics engineer by profession but happily retired to the life on the ocean. Sailing the oceans on SY Ednbal since 2006. Fell in love with the Andalusian lifestyle when visited in 2011, so decided to buy the lovely Almerimar Pearl to allow occasional returns.
The village of Almerimar is very secure with only one entry road from the Almeria to Malaga highway, 80km from Grenada, just 20km to the famous Alpujarra trekking region. It abounds with restaurants of all styles, entertainment facilities, and a multitude of bars. The golf course and beach, frequented by sun and sea lovers, are major attractions.
