Fully-equipped accommodation from which you can discover Santander and Cantabria in a spectacular way, located close to all basic services such as public transport, beaches, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets, and tobacco shops, and very close to the university. It is also very close to the city center, which can be reached by the funicular and enjoys wonderful panoramic views of Santander. The house has all the services and amenities to ensure a completely satisfactory stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited. 🚭 In the interest of responsible tourism and out of respect for the neighbors, all parties and noise are strictly prohibited. 🔇 Additionally, there is private parking in a communal garage 50 meters from the apartment.
Welcome. We are María Del Mar and David, a mother and son who always try to make everyone feel at home and enjoy their entire trip by providing all the necessary information and any assistance we can. We live 50 meters from the apartment and are always available for any assistance quickly and efficiently. All visitors will receive a sweet welcome gift. We always try to prioritize in-person reception to welcome guests and explain all the details.
Located just 2 km from El Sardinero beach, with all basic services available in the neighborhood, close to the funicular for easy access to the city center, and just a few meters from the University of Cantabria.
