This holiday home is built in traditional Moorish architecture. From outside of natural stone. inside all ceilings have a view of chestnut beams and natural stone. The beauty of the house is the roof terrace. The roof terrace offers you a view over the entire valley with a view to even the costa tropical and a view of the highest peaks of sierra nevada including the Pico Veleta with 3395 meters. The house has 1 bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is another single bed and a sofa bed. If desired, up to 4 people can sleep. The house has a swimming pool that is open from 20 June to approximately 15 September
I am Dutch and have been living in Spain for 28 years. My wife is Spanish and we have 2 daughters.
The house is located in the LA ERMITA district in the beautiful white village of Bubion. The GR7 runs right behind the house. The GR7 is one of the most beautiful walking routes that run through Spain. Supermarket, restaurants just a 5-minute walk away.
