The fine print
Accommodation made up of 4 houses (2 Chalets and 2 Apartments), a private swimming pool for shared use, 4 barbecues and large gardens.
Each house has its own independent entrance, its own terrace with furniture and its own barbecue.
Please note that the heating temperature is regulated automatically. Guests do not have access to the main thermostat. Any attempt to access and/or manipulate them is a serious violation of the accommodation rules.
Guests have thermostatic valves for their comfort in the bedrooms.
Please inform aMatalasviñas in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 10:00:00.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
