Property information

Exclusive apartments of 67m2 located in the center of the beautiful town of Sant Feliu de Guíxols 1km from the beach, 8km from Platja d'Aro and 33km from Girona Airport. They are on the 3rd and 4th floor with elevator overlooking the quiet street from the large terrace. They have two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, as well as a very cozy loft with another double bed in one of them. There is a complete bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchenette, flat screen TV, 100/100 Mb symmetric fiber optic wifi and free parking area in the surroundings. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the entrance you will be asked for a deposit of 400Euros in groups under 25 years and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
