The apartment is just by the sea with a fabulous view. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and two terraces. The private sun terrace (35 m2) is fully equipped with furniture, a barbecue and jacuzzi. Just by the apartment there is a large swimming pool with a paddling pool for children available only to residents of the neighbourhood. At guests' request, deckchairs, umbrellas, snorkeling masks, WI-FI, TV, air conditioning and free parking are avaible. As additional service, it is possible to rent a car (BMW 3, Diesel, automatic) or organize a transfer from / to the airport.
Calm and quiet neighborhood away from the hustle of the city allows you to relax. There are various shops and restaurants nearby. The nearest bay with a pebble-sand beach Cala del Moro is 50m away from the apartment, the 3 km long beautiful sandy beach of La Mata with sunbeds, umbrellas and water equipment rentals is 800 m away, a 10 minutue walk. You can get to the center of Torrevieja by bus (there is a bus stop just 3 minutes away) and it takes about a 5-minute drive. There, you can find two more amazing, sandy beaches: Los Locos and La Cura, the port (there is a possibility to rent a boat there), various shops, restaurants, discos and a lot of other things to do!
