This beautiful and newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor and corner surrounded by garden area. It is equipped with everything you need to make your holiday unforgettable. It has 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds and a sofa bed in the dining room. It has a renovated bathroom and living-dining room that overlooks the garden. The apartment enjoys natural outdoor light, where guests can use their terraces throughout the day. There is free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with digital channels and satellite TV. Touristic License number : ETV1817ME2 BALEARIC TOURIST TAX NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. PAYMENT IN CASH DIRECTLY AT THE ESTABLISHMENT ONLY IN CASH .
I am Juan, host of this wonderful and renovated apartment to which I dedicate all my time so that when guests arrive, they make their vacation unforgettable and feel at home.
The apartment is surrounded by large garden area and palm trees. 500 meters from the white sandy beach and crystal clear waters of Son Bou. The village of Alaior is 6 kilometres away and 5 kilometres from the beach of Santo Tomás and Binigaus. Within walking distance there are bars and restaurants where there is a large gastronomic and leisure area both day and night. Menorca airport is 20 kilometres away and Ciutadella is 35 kilometres from the apartment.
