Enjoy a unique experience in this luxury duplex in the center of the city with a large rooftop terrace and views of the castle. The apartment is located in the historic center, 5 minutes from the train station and with multiple parking options in the area, including two public car parks. Completely renovated, the apartment has air conditioning, large terrace with views and BBQ, 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. It has a work area, ideal for remote workers with an ergonomic office chair and high-speed internet (+500mb/s). In the main room there is an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second has a large bathtub. The apartment is very spacious with more than 140m2, totally exterior and with lots of natural lighting. The terrace is 20m2 and has privileged views of the "Castillo de Xativa" and the "Basilica Collegiate Church of Santa Maria". Autonomous access to the apartment via access codes. The duplex apartment requires climbing stairs as it is located on the third floor and it is a duplex with rooftop terrace (2 floors).
I have lived all my life in Xativa and I will share with you the best recommendations in the area regarding what to visit, restaurants and local dishes. I will provide you with a document that I have personally prepared before arrival with all the recommendations so that you can enjoy your visit to the fullest.
The apartment is located in the historic center of the city at: - 6 minutes from the train station (500m) - 3 minutes from "The market square" (250m) - 2 minutes from "Almodí Museum" (200m) - 3 minutes from "Museum of Fine Arts" (210m) - 5 minutes from "Tourist Office" (450m) Within 5 minutes you will find dozens of restaurants, cafeterias, leisure area (Thursday to Saturday), traditional market (Tuesday and Friday) and La Alameda.
