My name is Jose and I work as a biologist abroad. I consider myself a sociable, open and respectful. I enjoy my free time with family and friends as well as practicing sports and yoga. Among my hobbies, I love travelling, interior decoration, art, international cooking, etc. I love being a host. That's why I decided to open the doors of my house. So people can enjoy it and this wonderful city as I do when I'm there.

Bright and cosy two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven and toaster. It consists of 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. It has wifi and TV. It is also equipped with hairdryer, iron and ironing board, of course towels and bed linen throughout the stay. The house is at your complete disposal and we have taken care of every last detail to welcome you, whether you are staying for work or passing through the city. Parking, which can be accessed directly from the lift, is available and free. The apartment is inside a private building, so parties and noises are not allowed after 22h.

Neighbourhood information

San Cristóbal de La Laguna is the ancient capital of Tenerife and one of the two UNESCO World Heritage sites on the island. It has two parts: the original Upper Town and Lower Town. The apartment is located in Upper Town, in the heart of the historic centre. The pedestrian street where the apartment is located was also built at the same time as the building, connecting the building with the main streets of the historic centre (less than 5 min walk). This makes the apartment in a quiet street but at the same time connected to the leisure and shopping area.
