Decorated in a modern style, the cosy studio apartment exudes a relaxing, maritime atmosphere and consists of a central living space with one double bed, an integrated, well-equipped kitchen with a dining table as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine and a television. Due to the central location of the apartment, restaurants, bars and cafes are in the immediate proximity: within a 2-minute walk (or 170 m) you will find grocery stores and a variety shops and eateries. Furthermore, the popular beach Playa del Carmen is only 600 m or an 8-minute walk away. Here you can stroll along the golden sand and breathe in the salty sea breeze. Please respect the maximum number of guests. External visitors are prohibited during the stay, as are any events or parties.
