Be aware that due local authorities requirements, all guest must send a photo of their ID before check-in date or when they arrive at the property
Smoking is prohibited in all facilities including the terrace, for security reasons, otherwise there will be a charge of €150 being taken out from damage deposit. Access to the terrace is not allowed for minors without an adult. The house must be kept clean and tidy otherwise there will be a charge of €60 being taken out from damage deposit; the kitchen must be collected and cleaned; and the utensils must be washed. It is the guest’s responsibility to take out the trash otherwise there will be a charge of €10 being taken out from damage deposit; please make a responsible use of water and electricity. Damages due to negligence will be evaluated and charged accordingly.
Please note that the the damage deposit can be also paid and returned via Bizum.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
