Newly renovated apartment brand new, well equipped kitchen, induction hob, microwave with grill, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, pots, pans and new kitchen utensils. Large double bed, double sofa bed, TV, air-conditioned with heating and air conditioning, table and large wooden folding table with 4 dining chairs, double glazed aluminum windows, soundproof and electric shutter. Design full bathroom with rain shower, toilet with Arabic tap and washing machine. Hair dryer and iron with ironing board. We just put it in rent they will be adding more services these days so that our guests feel at home!
Beach, supermarket and bus stop 5 minutes walk. Bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, leisure area for children 10 minutes walk. New seafront to Castelldefels Playafels Port Ginesta. For the back part of the apartment very quiet pine forest area. Easy to park and well connected by buses. By car 10 minutes from Barcelona Airport - El Prat and 20 minutes from Barcelona. Bus stop at 100m towards Barcelona - Castelldefels L-94 and L-95: 30 minutes from downtown Barcelona (Plaza Cataluña - La Rambla) 20 minutes (Spain Square - La Fira Montjuic - La Fira Gran Via) 15 minutes connection Airport (Metro Stop "Mas Blau") 5 minutes from Playafels and Castelldefels center (Anec Blau shopping center) and Canal Olimpic de Catalunya
