On the 3rd floor of a residential house (with lift) in Port de Sóller, the holiday apartment impresses guests with its ideal location. The apartment offers a cosy, modern living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in the living room and in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The bedroom with an en-suite bathroom does not have air conditioning) a TV, a baby cot and a high chair. The absolute highlight is the balcony with a view of the harbour, where you can start the day with breakfast or round off mild summer evenings with a glass of wine. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are in the immediate vicinity and the city beach and harbour are only 100 m away. Stroll along the promenade, listen to the gentle rush of the waves and spend an unforgettable holiday in a maritime atmosphere. Please inform in advance of your arrival time. Ecotax: All guests aged 16 and over must pay a small mandatory local government fee per person per night. This fee must be paid to the landlord in cash upon arrival.
