el apartamento esta situado en un edificio moderno,en un barrio tranquilo, con un supermercado en frente, a 5 minutos a pie del barrio de las bodegas y del centro, Apartamento de unos 80 metros, con acceso a silla de ruedas, no hay escalones de acceso, ascensor y plaza minusvalido en frente del edificio.piso totalmente nuevo, sin estrenar,comprado exclusivamente para crear el apartamento The apartment is located in a modern building, in a quiet neighborhood, with a supermarket in front, 5 minutes walking distance from the wine district and the city center. The apartment is about 80 square meters, wheelchair accessible, there are no steps to access, an elevator and a disabled parking space in front of the building. The apartment is completely new, unused, purchased exclusively to create this apartment.
