Hi, my name is Jo and I live in Ireland. First time we went to La Manga we discovered that it is not only a great place to relax and enjoy our family time but also it is a very convenient place to work remotely. We loved to wake up to the sound of the sea and being exposed to unspoiled sea views all day long so we decided to buy the apartment here. We are extremely proud to bring this modern yet very cosy beachfront apartment to the holiday rental market in La Manga so we can share this magnificent experience with you. I hope this apartment will become your home away from home.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, stunning living room and a kitchen. Our personal favourite place is a spacious balcony equipped with a hammock seat and a dining table with chairs from where you can admire beautiful sunrises over the Mediterranean Sea and golden sunsets over the Mar Menor side. It is conveniently located in the most quiet and the least crowded area of La Manga - Veneziola. First line overlooking Playa Escoll de la Llana - a quiet sandy cove with incredible shallow bottom perfect for snorkelling, The flat is equipped with all modern modcons such as: Flatscreen TV, computer screen with designated mobile workdesk perfect for all you remote workers, fully equipped kitchen, security camera, aircon and floor heating. There is a seasonal swimming pool for adults and a shallow kids pool outside. Spa area is available for all guests. So if you feel like it you can attend the spa on the ground floor of the building. Available for you are: steam room, finnish sauna, therapeutic stone path walk, hot tub/jacuzzi, 3 different hydromassage showers, heated relaxation loungers and last but not least a mini gym. Secure underground parking is available as well. Property is located @ km 18 of La Manga strip. There are few great restaurants and bars nearby of which the best one in our view is 1975: Escuela de Pieter and Colllados beach. Before you arrive you will be contacted by our friendly apartment manager who will be your main point of contact during your stay.
