The fine print
A deposit of EUR 50 will be collected upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to an inspection of the kitchen.
Our payment gateways will not be able to charge more than 400 euros maximum by credit card. When you come to pick up the apartment, please bring cash in order to pay the total amount of the reservation. We also indicate that we will provide proof of payment in cash to all our customers.
TOBACCO
- No smoking in the apartment. Penalty 200,0€ and eviction from the apartment.
- At check-in, the customer will pay 100,0 € as a tobacco deposit
- If during the stay smoking in the accommodation will be charged 100,0€ more from the client's card (200,0€ if nothing has been charged at check-in), and will be evicted from the apartment.
- We reserve the right to enter the apartment to check for smoking.
- This deposit is fully refundable upon departure and subject to inspection.
- It is not permitted for companies, travel agencies or wholesalers to book accommodation in this establishment.
RESERVATIONS: A customer can book one property at a time; a customer cannot book more than one property.
STREET ACCESS DOOR
- Before making the reservation, and in order to respect the rest hours of the guests staying, please note that the street access door to the apartments will be closed from 00:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. During these hours, guests staying will not be able to access the accommodation.

- En el momento del check-in, el cliente pagará 100,0 € en concepto de depósito de tabaco.
- Si durante la estancia se fuma en el alojamiento se cargarán 100,0€ más en la tarjeta del cliente (200,0€ si no se ha cargado nada en el check-in), y será desalojado del apartamento.
- Nos reservamos el derecho de entrar al apartamento para comprobar si hay fumadores.
- Este depósito es totalmente reembolsable a la salida y sujeto a inspección.
- No está permitido a empresas, agencias de viajes o mayoristas reservar alojamiento en este establecimiento.
