Magnificent apartment on the beach front of 136 m2, ideal for family holidays or groups. It has a spacious living room of more than 45 m2 completely exterior with access to two terraces of more than 15 m2 each where you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea and the common areas of the urbanization. It has three bedrooms, each with two single beds and fitted wardrobes, plus two sofa beds in the living room that can comfortably accommodate up to eight adults. Both the living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning and smart TVs (one in each). In addition they have large ceiling fans. Kitchen (independent) and bathrooms has been completely renewed in 2022. The price also includes access to free parking in the basement of the building and individual storage room with key, ideal for golf equipment, bicycles or beach equipment. Also includes free access to wifi and high speed internet The apartment is located in an urbanization on the beachfront with excellent private facilities including restaurant, gardens, summer pool, solarium, two paddle courts, tennis court, sports court, playground and ping pong room. The pool is open from June 1 to September 30.
