The fine print

A deposit of 200€/apartment must be left on arrival as a guarantee. The deposit must be paid by credit card and will be returned after departure within 72 hours. For groups, the deposit is global for the whole group and is not partially refundable. When all the flats in the group are empty, we will check all the flats included in the booking and the refund will be considered if there has been no damage. Otherwise, the amount of the damage will be deducted from the total amount of the deposit paid and the rest will be refunded. The reservation holder is responsible for the payment of the damage deposit and will be the recipient of the refund on the day of departure.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
