Property information

Newly refurbished 30m studio, on ground floor, with independent access and no exterior windows. The apartment is fully equipped, 135 double bed and a sofa bed. Self check ind and pets allowed for free UPON REQUEST. Located in Olivereta, a typical Valencian neighborhood with an authentic character. The Río Turia apartments are very close to the metro station that goes to the beach and the airport. 20 minutes walking from the center and 5 minutes from the Río Turia Park. La Olivereta is a typical neighborhood of Valencia. Quiet, friendly and with all services. You will find everything from the best hand-made Brioxerie in the city to one of the largest urban gardens in Spain.
