Great house in Cabanas between Ferrol and A Coruña, in a sunny, quiet countryside location, well connected to the AP9 Highway (where there are also two large supermarkets 5 minutes by car from the house). Composed of three semi-detached apartments and my home. It has gardens and parking areas, independent for each one. Apartments 90A and 92B share: entrance, garden and parking, with well-defined areas for each one, thus both enjoying a certain privacy, where, outside, each of the apartments has: barbecue, garden furniture and swing . The Apartment, 80C, is the largest and most independent, it has its own entrance and parking area, large porch and large garden facing South, outside it has: barbecue, garden furniture, swing and inflatable pool. The exterior decoration of the house is inspired by my ceramics. He wants to convey the joyful spirit and positive energy that emanates from the place.
My profession is Ceramist, a profession that I do not practice at present, limiting myself to serving my clients in whatever they need, always available to guide them and enjoy their vacations. Given the wonderful environment I am currently interested in activities such as: canoeing, paddle surfing. Etc.
In the surroundings of La Casa de Rosa Jove you can visit: The entire area is still a little-exploited tourist paradise where, in addition to the wonderful protected natural area of Fragas do Eume, ideal for hiking, canoeing, etc. our A Magdalena beach. It is 1,300m from the house, you can walk down in 20 minutes (by car 3 minutes). This is a great beach, with a pine forest, fields and lots of shade, to enjoy a day at the beach without getting burned, it also has right on the beach with bars, restaurants and beach bars, where you can eat at very reasonable prices, enjoying the views of the sea. The beaches are relatively close to the house and apart from those already mentioned, those of Ferrol, about 15 km away, are open sea to the Atlantic Ocean, perhaps even less touristy; some solitary, very beautiful, wild, to highlight those of: San Jorge 17km, Cobas 17km, Santa Comba 20km, Doniños 22km and... Many more!! In the closest town is Puentedeume, 2km away, this is a beautiful fishing village with all kinds of services, shops, bars, restaurants, including a municipal swimming pool with a Spa area.
