Property information

This totally renovated aparthotel is located on a small hill, from which there is a beautiful view of the bay of Sant Elm. Families in particular appreciate this establishment, because it offers an excellent space for individual holidays in a pleasant, carefree atmosphere. This original complex, in the form of terraces, surrounded by nature, is located just next to the beach of Sant Elm. Behind the beautiful bay the grandiose mountain landscape of Mallorca rises up with its old 'possessions' or estates, watchtowers, woods and the Trappist monastery "Sa Trapa", which is currently being restored. Sant Elm is the departure point for many delightful excursions. Opposite the hotel is the island of "Sa Dragonera", a protected natural zone communicated by mini-ferry. This picturesque, peaceful fishing village, formerly a pirates' hiding place, has preserved its authentic charm. There are numerous restaurants, bars and shops. 7 km. away is the port and meeting place for the "chic", Puerto Andratx (nightlife, shopping). In summer a regular bus service connects Sant Elm with Andratx (7 km. away), Peguera (14 km. away) and Palma (30 km. away).
