Property information

This apartment is located on the third floor of the Capitolio complex located less than 5 min walk from the beach in the centre of Albir. Glazed terrace, kitchen and separate washroom. Lots of shops and bars around the corner. The home has its own entrance and has access to very nice gardens with pool. Its easily accessible from the main entrance and has everything you would expect from a modern home. One bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, the other bedroom has two separate beds. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. It is spacious and perfect for kids. Enjoy the nice pool or sit on the terrace with a view of the centre of L Albir. If needed we can arrange for a private indoor parking space. Access to community pool and garden. You have the home to yourself but we are nearby if you need anything at all. We offer airport transfer, local expertise, 24/7 emergency support, wireless Internet, groceries and professional medical care and equipment. If you need anything during your stay please contact us and we'll make sure you are comfortable. The medical centre, restaurants, bars, ATM machine and a very good bakery are within a 3-minute walk. The beach, auditorium, museum and supermarket are a 5-minute walk from the apartment. There is public transport available within a 5-minute walk, going to Benidorm and Altea. Parking around the complex is limited in the high season.
