This charming light-filled modern duplex offers a private hot tub with mountain views and a communal swimming pool. It is only one street back from the sea front and is a short easy stroll along the beach promenade into the town centre. It is fantastic apartment, fully equipped, with plenty of space for families or groups.
You will have complete privacy whilst you are on your holiday but I do live locally and so can be on hand for anything you need.
The location is fantastic as you are only one street back from the sea front where there are plenty of places to eat or have cocktails and watch the sun go down over the mountains! There is a large mini market on the front to purchase things you need and a pharmacy too. The center of town is only a short walk. Pollenca old town is only about a 5 minute drive, Alcudia old town about 10 minute drive, and you also have Formentor further up the coast which is great for cycling too. Walking if you are staying locally, you don't need a car if you don't intend on exploring further afield. There are also good local buses, the closest bus stop is only a 5 minute walk and the main bus station in town is a 10 minute walk.
