The SEVILLA III condominium is a complex of 6 buildings for 24 families, at your disposal a 73 m2 apartment consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room with a TV corner and a dining table. The apartment has its own terrace on the ground level by the pool, the apartment is equipped with garden furniture, armchairs and umbrellas.

Location of the house is excellent, only 200 m to the Golf Course, 1 km to the beach, 800 m to the horse racing track. On site there is a huge garden with palm trees and a swimming pool for adults and children. The area is fenced with a hedge, ideal for quiet family holidays, clean and family. by car , on food
