In the most charming town of the Costa Blanca and the best sub-tropical micro-climate of Europe ¨Albir Playa¨, lies this amazing 3 bedroom flat right in the centre on the main street and less than 700 meters from the beach. The flat has been completely renovated inside and is brand new. Spacious cozy living room, 2 balconies, 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen where all the necessities are found what you also have at home. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the Sunday market, all within walking distance. The bus stop and the Sunday market are 30 metres away from the flat. The flat has good WiFi throughout the flat. Via chromecast/internet you can receive any TV channel you want. All this in HD quality on a large flat screen. It is a real pleasure to enjoy your drink on the balcony with a fantastic view, to taste the atmosphere of Albir. The village that lives in the summer and also in the winter. The large swimming pool with beautiful garden is for you, if you do not feel like the beach, really a luxury. Child friendly and a real holiday feeling.
My name is Inge Drost and I inherited this beautiful apartment from my brother Rob Drost. He has been living on the Costa Blanca for 22 years with a lot of pleasure, enjoying the sun, rest, sea, terraces and restaurants. As children we already spent many fantastic holidays on the Costa Brava and when my brother moved here I naturally visited him often. Martin my husband and I are now the owners of RoSol and we wholeheartedly wish you such a wonderful holiday experience. We ourselves enjoy the most, the beautiful nature and the nice villages in the mountains. Guadalest, for example, is only a 30-minute drive. Already many grateful and happy people stayed in this wonderful apartment. We are sure you will feel comfortable and at home with never a dull moment. We look forward to welcoming you.
