Please, note that we are a home for tourist use, in a building with a community of owners attached to the current regulations for horizontal use. (Law 49/1960, of July 21, on horizontal property). ALL USERS MUST RESPECT THE COMMON AREAS.
WE HAVE NO RECEPTION. No staff there physically. (Check the accommodation regulations to find out our obligations).
The passenger report for the Civil Guard is mandatory (Order INT/321/2021, of March 31, which modifies Order INT/1922/2003, of July 3).
We will provide you with the enter codes in order to access to the apartment.
Please inform Arzúa Centro Vivienda de uso turístico in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of € 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
