Stunning 2 bedroom luxury duplex apartment, set in a Spanish style Pueblo, with nice views & a private Zen garden. Just 300m from tennis courts & playground, 7.2kms from the golf & 4.1kms from the beach Lounge by the swimming pool or relax in the quiet seclusion of the Zen garden. This apartment has it all. Enjoy a Caribbean-style cocktail & listen to a soft samba while the T-bone sizzles on the BBQ Decorated in modern woodland style, the Ashanti Garden is fully equipped with all imaginable amenities The master bedroom has a 160cm wide comfort bed & the guest room 2x 90cm single beds The spacious living/Dining room is equipped with a bluetooth speaker & HD TV There is a large selection of TV programs in many languages + NETFLIX Wi-fi internet is provided The Zen garden has a dining area, sitting area, BBQ , lounge chairs, sunbeds & nice views . The upstairs balcony is a cosy place to read a good book & the views are even better The fully equipped kitchen includes ceramic cooking plate, dishwasher, oven, fridge, micro-wave etc There is an, iron, ironing board & other helpful gadgets There is also a communal washing machine in the garage Fully air-conditioned or heated

At walking distance you have a kiddies playground, tennis, supermarket, etc. At only 4kms you have the beach in Altea with a promenade lined with restaurants, bars, shops, etc, etc You also have the old town of Altea Antigua with picturesque streets, restaurants & panoramic views Fancy a night on the town?
