We must protect the environment! - All the lights of the house must be switched off when no one is at the property. - All windows and exterior doors of the property must be left closed on the day of your departure. - The loss of each set of keys carries a fine of EUR 100. - On Check-Out, you must leave the keys in the same place where you found them. - Do not touch, disconnect or manipulate electronic devices. - Furthermore, the rules of the residential area must be complied with.
