First line beach charming Apartment - Duplex with underground parking space , store room and a massive sea view. The property comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms. First Floor: entrance hall, open plan kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom and a living room with access to a South facing terrace Second/top floor: spacious bedroom with a bathroom. Others: Air conditioning c/h; type of floors: parquet on first floor and gres on second floor. The block was built in 2008, it is very well kept and has a spacious lift
