Property information

Beautiful modern apartment with 1 bedrooms for 2-3 people located in a luxury community with lovely gardens and two large pools. The new built apartment offers one double bedrooms, one bathrooms complete, a bright and cozy lounge with dining area, a large and very well equipped kitchen with access to a terrace, and another large terrace overlooking beautiful mountains, the pool and garden area, with direct access from the lounge and from the master bed room. The apartment is on the 3th floor (with lift) and with underground parking. The lovingly furnished apartment is equipped with everything you need to spend a great holiday: washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, Spanish TV, WI-FI, central air conditioning hot/cold, terrace furniture. The complex, completely fenced and secured, has lovely gardens, two huge swimming pools and showers. Just in front of the building there is a beautiful garden walkway with cafeteria, large playground, basketball court, etc. You can park your car on a private parking space in the underground garage.

Neighbourhood information

The charming Pego offers a very good infrastructure and a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The apartment is located at just 450 meters from the town center, where you can find several restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, etc. The nearest beach, Les Deveses, is only 10 km away (15 min by car). The city of Oliva is only 10 km and the lovely Denia 20 km away from the apartment. Both offer endless sandy beaches and a wide range of possibilities for your leisure time, marina, fish market, shops, beautiful historic center, as well as an excellent gastronomic offer, without forgetting its nightlife. Pego is located in between Valencia and Alicante, the airports of both cities are at 1 hour 10 minute by car. The nearest golf course is only 12 km from the apartment: Oliva Nova Golf.
