Property information

Amazing Holiday Home on two floors with private Jacuzzi in a quiet residential area, just a few walking minutes away from the beachfront. Three lovely bedrooms, one on a mezzanine floor, two bathrooms (one en-suite) with walk-in showers and a super modern kitchen, fully equipped with any amenities or appliances you could need during your stay. Large living room with a big, cozy sofa, flat screen TV with streaming possibilities, IP TV, movies, series and a nice chill area. Everything very tastefully decorated. Relaxing area also on the private roof top terrace. This accommodation offers you as well a private parking space. As usual, bed linen and towels, beach towels, glassfiber Wi-Fi connection, IP TV, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer and an ironing kit are all inclusive. We would like to inform our guests that this holiday home is equipped with a surveillance system with visible security cameras in the common areas outside, in order to offer you more security during your stay. The cameras inside the property do NOT record images but have the sole function of detecting movement and the eventual activation of the alarm. After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
