This is a beach front property with two bedrooms. One bedroom has ensuite bath. It is a family friendly house. Front bedroom on first floor directly faces the beach and listen to the waves. From living room, step on to the beach. The beach is only moderately crowded during summer months, even then plenty of room. Almost empty during winter. If you are lookin for a small peaceful place, this is your dream holiday. You can check the status of the beach at Hello, thank you for booking this place. I only put this property up a few days ago. As you know there was flooding in Valencia, it didnt affect Xeraco, but the beach had some debri which I believe the Municipality is clearing. If you want to check the status of the beach please go to live cams available on internet
