Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, heating, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. Your private outdoor area includes 2 open terraces and a barbecue. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. Due to the extreme drought situation in this area, community and/or private swimming pools could be affected, causing their temporary closure. Free parking is available on the street. Any damage to the property will be deducted from the deposit. An automatic check-in service is available. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
