The apartment is a modern style designer unit, newly renovated, fully equipped. The complex is about 300m from the beach. It has a fabulous pool area with a bar and restaurant, playground and beautiful gardening. Located 10 minutes from the airport and the San Blas shopping center, the Golf Court and well connected to the touristic zones of Playa de Las Américas and Los Cristianos. The apartment has a big terrace. You also have access to good quality WI-FI in all the apartment and a big smart TV
