Enjoy a spacious apartment with a terrace a few meters from the west beach, in the new area of ​​Benidorm, a quiet and familiar area, a building with all kinds of services (swimming pool, sauna, gym, tennis, paddle tennis, etc...) with an area for children (children's pool, park, table tennis, chess, etc...). The apartment has all the comforts for your stay and spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea from the 16th floor.
In love with the Alicante coast, gastronomy and the sea. For any need of the guests I am connected 24 hours.
New neighborhood, in continuous expansion and with all the necessary services around. Everything you need is accessible on foot, everything is close to the apartment, if you want to explore Benidorm you can use the car or the bus, you have a public parking lot right in front of the residential complex, in the area you can find the La Marina shopping center, amusement park (Terra Mítica), water park (Aqualandia), Mundomar, the Balcón del Mediterráneo viewpoint, the Sierra Helada viewpoint, etc... There is currently construction in the area and noise may occasionally occur during business hours.
