Our newly renovated duplex apartment is ideally located just outside Girona’s historic centre, right behind the old city wall. Spacious and full of light, it offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and beautiful views of the city from the balcony. The living room has an air conditioning unit and ceiling fan, and there’s also a ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom to keep you cool and comfortable. Step inside and enjoy a cozy yet modern home, fully equipped with fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, and a kitchen with everything you need. The large furnished terrace on the east side is perfect for breakfast in the sun or a relaxed evening meal, while the balcony on the west side offers stunning views over the city. Downstairs you’ll find two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and another with two singles, a desk, and an en suite bathroom. A second bathroom is in the hall. Upstairs, next to the living room, there’s a third bedroom with a double bed.
