It is a new apartment, located in the center of the city, next to the local market "Mercat del Lleo", in the area where the barri vell begins. It is near Plaza Catalunya, has three rooms, a double and two singles, with two full bathrooms and a bright kitchen overlooking the river Onyar and with ample dining space and living room. Fully equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine and everything you need to be at home. With a very modern decoration and great warmth. It is a very well designed apartment, with a corridor that separates the day area and the night area. On one side there are three bedrooms, one double and two singles, with a total capacity for 4 people. There are two complete bathrooms with sink, toilet and shower. On the other side, there is the fully equipped kitchen and the living room, a large sofa, television and wifi and with a large window overlooking the Onyar river that gives the apartment lots of light. It has everything you need to make you feel at home. It is located on the first floor of a recently completely renovated building, with lift.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in one of the best parts of the city. It is located in the border area between the barri vell (the old historic center) and the modern part of Girona. Just a few 100 meters from the Pont de Pedra, the Rambla and at the same time next to the Mercat del LLeó, the typical local market with fresh products such as fish, meat, vegetables and fruit, next to large supermarkets, bars and restaurants with typical Catalan dishes and shops from major brands and special small shops that are typical of a medium-sized city like Girona. It is an ideal apartment to enjoy the characteristic buildings and streets and to get to know the daily life of the locals. Furthermore, it is the perfect base to explore the Girona area. Cycling is great, there are beautiful golf courses and of course don't forget the beautiful seaside resorts of Catalonia.
