It is a detached house with 3 levels and a large garden both at the front and at the back, private garage on the same property and incredible views of the Pyrenees. It consists of 4 double rooms and 1 single room for a child. Parquet floor in all rooms. - GROUND FLOOR: living room with fireplace, large fully equipped kitchen with dining table and views. 1 triple room with bunk bed and trundle bed. 1 double room with two beds. Full bathroom with flat shower. - 1st FLOOR: double SUITE with bathtub, 1 double bedroom, 1 single room for a child. Heating. Barbecue. Outdoor furniture (table and chairs). wifi . Nespresso coffee machine

Neighbourhood information

located in the center of Prats and Sansor, in the heart of Cerdanya. Very quiet and pleasant area for walks and excursions. There are a couple of well-known restaurants in the area. Horse riding. Bellver is 5 km away.
