New flat located 2 minutes from the beach, next to the Penon de Ifach National Park, close to the marina and the fleming lake (Salinas). Located in a building with access to the swimming pool and underground parking. Quiet location, yet a great place to locate relaxation after cycling trips, golf tournament or beachcombing. Close to the promenade and shops. Space in underground car park included in the price of accommodation. In accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, anyone over the age of 16 wishing to use the flat prior to check-in is required to provide their personal data, which will be forwarded to the competent authorities for registration purposes (Guardia Civil in Calpe). Refusal to provide their personal data for registration purposes will be tantamount to the customer cancelling the booking and the flat will not be made available to them. The property will collect the fee 7 days prior to arrival. The payment is made by bank transfer. The amount paid should be returned within 7 days of check-out. Rooms equipped with nice bed linen and towels (except beach towels) Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary kitchen accessories, dishes. Guests can use capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle and hand blender and also a microvawe. For rentals of 30 days or more, electricity and water are billed according to actual consumption on the relevant bill. A deposit is then charged, from which we settle the costs of utilities.
Very attractive area with many attractions. The building is in a quiet location near the Ifach mountain where you can go for an evening walk. A 5 minute walk is a lovely lake with salt water and fleming. You can walk to the centre of Calpe along the promenade, enjoying beautiful views of the sea and Benidorm. Attractions are also provided by the marina, from where cruise or diving courses are organised.
