Property information

A charming country house located on a sunny hillside above the town of Soller. The holiday home Can Bac consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include a television, as well as a cot and highchair (on request). Outside, there is a private garden, as well as a private terrace with open and covered areas and a grill. From the terrace, you have a fantastic view over Soller and the surrounding countryside. The nearest supermarket is situated within the town of Soller itself, which is a 20 minute (1.3km) walk down the hill. You will also find a large selection of restaurants in the town. The nearest beach (Platja den Repic) is in Port de Soller, which is 12 minutes (5km) drive away. The nearest airport is in Palma de Mallorca, which is 40 minutes (35km) away by car. The house has private parking space and a large water tank (12 meters X 7 meters wide and 3 meters deep). We use it to water the orange and lemon trees in the finca. We do not use chemicals in the water, which is changed weekly, and there are fishes, insects and plants. Guests can swim too. Parking spaces are available on the property.
