One of the bedrooms which is downstairs has a double bed, a bathroom en suite with a shower, and space to put a cot and a high chair. The other bedroom has two single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub complete the main floor. The two other bedrooms are located on the first floor, which access is from outside and from the terrace. Both have two single beds and the last one has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub too. We're a professional agency dedicated to vacation rentals.

The wonderful swimming pool of this villa, completely surrounded by grass, and the amazing mountain views, turns this property into a delightful retreat, perfect for a pleasant stay in the island. The chlorine swimming pool is 10 m x 4 m, with a depth ranging from 1.40 m to 2.10 m. There is beautiful Majorcan stone surrounding the pool. There are up to 8 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas, perfect to drink a glass of wine or read a book, as well as sunbathing. After a delicious barbecue or after playing ping-pong on the porch, you can cool yourself off in the outside shower. The building, with a simple indoor and outer style, has a large dining room which leads to the comfortable living room and to the kitchen, which has a wonderful bar with stools. You can relax in the hall while watching a film on the satellite-tv, on the dvd player or listening to your favourite cd’s. This are all things you can do after preparing and enjoying a mediterranean recipe on the glass-ceramic hob. The laundry has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are four bedrooms with air conditioning and wardrobe. Two of them are on the ground floor and two in the first floor.

Neighbourhood information

Puerto de Pollença is a peaceful destination and an unique place to enjoy the beach, the sun, and to learn some history. There is a beach located at just 4.5 km of the house, even if we recommend you to visit the extraordinary Formentor beach, with crystalline water and a fabulous lookout. Cala de Sant Vicenç is a small urbanisation. In the summer it’s touristic even if the thin sand cove and the blue water are an incomparable place to taste a paella next to the sea.
