The terrace offers a wonderful chill-out with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs together with a little table. At night, this is the perfect place to cool down after a long day at the beach enjoying the wonderful starry sky. This is a town house with neighbours around. The spacious three storey house offers a special traditional style. The cosy living room, on the ground floor, offers two armchairs and a sofa where you can watch TV while you refresh with the AC (or while you warm up by the wood stove on the coldest days), and a dining table. Then you have the kitchen with the basic equipment to cook during your vacation, with a gas top. The house also offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house has 5 bedrooms, with AC and a wardrobe each of them, and three bathrooms. There is a twin bed bedroom on the ground floor. Two more bedrooms are on the first floor: one with two twin beds, and the other with a double bed and the only access to the chill-out terrace. The second floor offers the last two bedrooms, both with a double bed. There is one bathroom on each floor, two with a bath and a bidet each and the last one with a shower.

Neighbourhood information

S'Arracó is a little village in the southwest of Mallorca, belonging to the municipality of Andratx. It is located in a little valley at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. So this is an excellent starting point for hiking and biking excursions. The sea also is near, about 4.1 km away in Sant Elm, so it also is a perfect place for a beach vacation. The village offers the basic services for an independent stay. You will have to visit the beautiful town of Andratx for anything else. You cannot miss either the luxurious port of Andratx and be delighted by the wonderful views.
