Can Fuentes is an authentic finca which has just been renovated and has a total capacity of 8 people. The villa has 2 master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom in the main part, and 2 additional master bedrooms each with its own bathroom in an annex adjoining the main part. Located on the west coast of Ibiza, 5 min walk from Cala Pinet beach, Can Fuentes is a small cocoon of tranquility in the middle of an urban area offering all amenities. The property is located 10 min by car from the most beautiful beaches of the island such as Cala Bassa, Cala D’Hort… The towns of San Antoni, San Josep and Eivissa are respectively 7, 10 and 30 min away by car. The villa has a living area of ​​200m2 on a plot of 1000m2. A large bright living room overlooks, on one side, a large patio with its well and, on the other, the terrace with swimming pool. A dining / BBQ area, as well as two other outdoor spaces complete the garden with lemon tree, bougainvillea, hibiscus and many other plants. Access to the roof solarium. In low/mid season, it can also be rented either with the main part of the house only or with the main part + 1 of the 2 bedrooms included in the annex. The rate is reduced.
I used to go on holiday in Ibiza since the age of 17, ditto for my companion. 3 years ago, we decided to make one of our dreams and buy a Finca on site, which we have restored. We have put a little of ourselves and our other passions, namely art, music, traveling.
All kinds of shops are within 5 minutes walk (restaurants, bars / pub, gym, car / scooter rental, supermarkets, shops, banks, tobacco, water sports ...). Bus lines and discobus within 3 min walk.
