Property information

This fantastic house has a very warm style thanks to the combination of modern and traditional furniture. In the garden, you can prepare tasty barbecues accompanied by a bottle of wine, or have a coffee or tea while enjoying the beautiful sunset, comfortably seated in the outdoor sofa area. It may seem like too simple a plan, but we assure you that the sunsets in Mallorca are spectacular! The living room, which opens onto the dining area and has air conditioning, is the ideal place to relax with family or friends while watching a film on satellite TV. The fireplace is a decorative feature that characterises the room. In the kitchen, you can prepare your best recipes, as it has a ceramic hob and all the utensils you need. The house has a total of 4 bedrooms, all with wardrobes and access to a terrace. The first, with two single beds pushed together and an en-suite bathroom with shower, is located on the ground floor and has space for a cot. Another bathroom with shower serves this floor. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms with double beds, and the last one with a bunk bed and television (without satellite). There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, but there is in the hallway, so it can reach all of them. And in the slightly cooler months, if requested, radiators are available. There is also a bathroom with a shower at the end of this floor. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Neighbourhood information

The location in the centre of Cala Figuera is perfect as it is close to all the shops, bars and restaurants, and although there are neighbours nearby, it is a quiet summer resort. If you like walking or cycling, we recommend doing so in this area of Cala Figuera and the Mondragó Natural Park. The surrounding coves and beaches are truly privileged spots, such as Cala Figuera, Cala Santanyí and the idyllic Es Trenc beach.
