Welcome to this great country house on the outskirts of Inca where up to 5 guests can be accommodated. This cosy and great villa invites to relax thanks to the peace that the fields offer. The lovely exterior area that includes fruit trees, the furnished terrace with a barbecue and a natural pond with fishes, and the patio in front of the house also perfectly furnished with two sun loungers, tables with chairs to enjoy your appetisers alfresco, will make you fully enjoy your stay. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. The house has two floors. Upon entering, you will find a spacious and comfortable living-dining room with air conditioning, ideal for dining together and then chatting or relaxing while watching satellite TV. The kitchen is independent and offers a gas stove, oven, and a beautiful Mallorcan style, among many other features. There are two bathrooms with showers on this same floor that serve the entire house, although one of them is located outside and accessed through the garage. For resting, there are three bedrooms, two on the main floor with wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Then, there is the third bedroom upstairs with two single beds and a sitting area with a TV (without satellite). There is a washing machine on the terrace, as well as an iron and ironing board. A crib and a high chair are also available.

Neighbourhood information

Inca is a lovely and familiar city basically in the centre of the island offering all needed services for an independent stay such as bars, Majorcan restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. It also offers an easy access to any point of the island in a reasonable amount of time. You cannot miss its street market on Thursday morning that has been taking place for centuries and is the perfect place to buy local products. The nearest beach is Playa de Muro about 27.3 km away which is characterised by its crystal-clear water and fine sand.
