In the heart of Horta de Sant Joan, in Terra Alta, Can Sablet was born as a family project that transforms an old village house into a cozy resting space. The building, which once was a tavern, the telephone house, and now a temporary home for travelers, reflects our spirit: respecting the past while opening the doors to the future. Surrounded by green routes, trails, and climbing walls, it is the ideal place to disconnect, enjoy adventure, or simply relax in a space with soul. We offer two independent apartments: • La Taverna (35 m²), a cozy ground floor space, perfect for couples’ getaways. • Lo Parot (80 m²), located on the first floor, spacious and bright, ideal for families or groups of friends.
We are especially delighted to share with you the inspiration behind the name Can Sablet: the fusion of our surnames, Sabaté and Mulet, which symbolizes the family essence and the deep bond we share as brothers in this project.
Can Sablet offers a unique experience in a privileged natural setting. Just minutes from the Els Ports Natural Park, you’ll find hiking routes for all levels, spectacular climbing areas, canyoning for adventure seekers, and the Greenway for discovering the landscape sustainably. But it’s not only about nature: Horta de Sant Joan also breathes history and art, with the legacy of Pablo Picasso. At Can Sablet, nature, culture, and relaxation come together to create unforgettable moments.
